Sales and returns policies and procedures
Local Sales - pick up can be made available on contact and booking with studio.

Online Sales - online refer back to third party platform policies and procedures.

Mailed- All purchases will carry postage and handling. Each purchase is calculated manually. And Customers will be emailed the total adjusted receipt.

Returns! please choose carefully we would rather not have to. But in the case of products being damaged on arrival - when posted, we can return full purchase price. - if evidence is provided ( please email a photo)

We won't exchange or return purchase price - if it is a matter of you have changed your mind on the purchase or have broken the piece.
